‘Andar Ghus Ke Maaro!’ Akshay Kumar is proud of IAF for bombing terror camps in Pakistan after Pulwama attack

Akshay Kumar, known for his patriotism and love for the armed forces, took to his Twitter account earlier today and hailed the Indian Air Force’s air strike on the terror camps in Balkot, Pakistan. At around 3 am today, 12 Mirage 2000 fighter jets of the IAF, in a covert operation, dropped 1,000 kg of bombs on terror launchpads.

“Andar Ghus Ke Maaro!” – Akshay Kumar wrote in his tweet adding that he was proud of the Air Force fighters for fearlessly bombing the terror camps. Akshay’s reaction comes as no surprise because the actor was furious over the Pulwama terrorist attack that killed over 40 CRPF jawans.

Here’s what he had written at the time: “Numb beyond belief at the dastardly terror attack on #CRPF soldiers in #Pulwama. May God give peace to their souls, and strength to their grieving families. Wishing the injured a speedy recovery. We can’t let this be forgotten.”

The Pulwama terror attack involved a Jaish-e-Mohammed terrorist and suicide bomber Adil Ahmed Dar, who rammed into a bus full of CRPF jawans, with his vehicle that was carrying explosives. Over 40 jawans lost their lives after which Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi had promised retaliation, which was delivered earlier today.

Not just Akshay Kumar, several other Bollywood celebrities have reacted to the IAF air strikes. These include Ajay Devgn, Anupam Kher, Taapsee Pannu, Abhishek Bachchan, Sanjay Dutt, Swara Bhasker, Raveena Tandon, Celina Jaitly and Sonakshi Sinha. While some just reacted with folded hand emojis, others had a thing or two to say with praise for the Indian Air Force’s might and courage.
