Philippine team standout Kenneth Chua used his experience to rule the Masters class in the 6th Grand Mall Tenpin Bowling Club-Yee Lu Fa Open on Sunday at Sta. Lucia Grand Mall Bowling Center.
Chua, who also represented TBAM-Prima, climbed out of a hole in posting his first win in this annual sports event.
He was near bottom of the 33-man field after scoring 136 in the third game, then used his skill and experience to reach the top six players after eight games and the stepladder stage of the finals, where he was joined by Stephen Diwa and Ian Dychangco.
Chua first defeated Dychangco in a one-game face-off, 168-156, then beat Diwa in two games, 441-402.
