NEW DELHI: Both houses of Parliament witnessed heightened drama in the last couple of days during the Motion of Thanks on the President’s Address. However, there was a difference. While Congress leader Rahul Gandhi arguably pulled off a coup in the Lok Sabha, his party president Mallikarjun Kharge failed to have his way in the Rajya Sabha due to the strict handling of the house by Vice-President Jagdeep Dhankhar.
