A 28-year-old man randomly slashed a teen across the forehead with scissors in Penn Station early Friday, cops said.
The 17-year-old victim was standing on the A, C and E platform at the 34th Street-Penn Station stop just before 4 a.m. when the suspect suddenly slashed him without saying a word, authorities said.
The attacker fled the station but was quickly arrested on the street, police said.
Charges were still pending later in the morning.
The victim was taken to Bellevue, where he was treated and released for a cut on his forehead.
