PBA: NLEX intensifies training in Clark

MANILA, Philippines — The NLEX Road Warriors have taken their preparations for the PBA season into high gear.

NLEX is in the middle of another training camp, which ends on Sunday, at St. Paul American School in Clark, Pampanga. The team is staying at Supia Resort, which is close to its practice facility.

Head coach Yeng Guiao said the Road Warriors are now looking at building their chemistry after getting to work on their conditioning during its three-day closed circuit camp at Alpha Aviation last week.

“Any opportunity you can get at this time will be a big help. We’ve learned our lessons from last year’s bubble tournament where we didn’t have much time to prepare. We don’t want to repeat the same mistakes we made,” said Guiao, who is…
