Shah Rukh Khan says he has never been offered a Hollywood film

Shah Rukh Khan is not called King Khan for nothing. He has an enviable fan following all over the world.

People go crazy just to catch a glimpse of the superstar who has millions of admirers. Not only the movie buffs but even celebrities like Leonardo DiCaprio, James Cameron and Zyan Malik are in awe of him.

In a conversation with ET, Shah Rukh joked, “I have never been offered an opportunity. I don’t even know if I am good enough to do it — I think my English is a little weak.”

Shah Rukh Khan is currently busy working on Aanand L Rai’s ‘Zero’, which will hit theatres in December this year. The film, which also stars Katrina Kaif and Anushka Sharma in important roles, is an important film for SRK, who is in need of a hit.
In a recent interview, the superstar revealed that while several of his colleagues had already made a foray into the West, he was yet to venture in Hollywood simply because he has never been offered a role there.
Bollywood stars such as Priyanka Chopra, Irrfan Khan, Anupam Kher, Amitabh Bachchan and late Om Puri among others have successfully featured in western films and even been applauded for their work.
SRK, on the other hand, says that he prefers Hindi movies reach such a standard that they do good business globally.

The actor said that for some strange reason, he has never been given an opportunity to act in a Hollywood film and even joked that maybe it could be because he wasn’t sure if he good enough to do it since his English was slightly weak.
